洗腎廔管加上中心靜脈阻塞等於打腫的臉

話說有個病人長期使用留置型中心靜脈導管洗腎 叫她考慮用手上的廔管都不要。

後來導管不能洗了，才來開手上的廔管。

但是她開完廔管後 臉腫得像

上腔靜脈完全都塞住了！！！！！

不過還好有機會可以把它打通！

終於消腫了！！！！！

結論是 醫生建議你要聽！醫生建議你要聽！醫生建議你要聽！這很重要所以說三次

骨盆腔充血急性疼痛

話說上週有位婦產科醫師轉診一個核桃鉗徵候群的患者。病人痛得要命還掛急診。

我馬上安排導管手術 進行左側卵巢靜脈栓塞加上左腎靜脈支架植入手術

今天病人回診 。有笑臉了。

Today complete Taiwan first totally endovascular repair for acute type A dissection Without cardiopulmonary bypass (ascending to supra celiac. Inominate LCC chimney ) totally 4 pc Tag and two iliac limb, but sheath induced injury to iliac add one more limb.
