Delay type III endoleak of COOK Zenith AAA endograft

Today one patient with type II endoleak follow up the CT scan , revealed progression AAA size with new found type III endoleak over proximal 2-3 stent structure.

Taiwan first one!!

Today complete Taiwan first totally endovascular repair for acute type A dissection Without cardiopulmonary bypass (ascending to supra celiac. Inominate LCC chimney ) totally 4 pc Tag and two iliac limb, but sheath induced injury to iliac add one more limb.
